Elegant hotel. Spacious room and bathroom. Staff were very helpful. The bund is right across the road, however it's at the end part of it .

Room was nice, clean and spacious all the amenities were great. The staff I interacted with even though we had a language barrier were very nice and accommodating. They even helped us get our lugagge shipped to chengdu while we were outside shopping. We mostly took didi's but noticed on the last day that metro station was extremely close. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Shanghai.

Convenient location. Very friendly staffs. Complimentary breakfast. In unit Washer and dryer is a huge plus. The only thing is the room is cold even with the heater on.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Sukhothai. I live in Shanghai and decided to have myself a luxurious "staycation" and was so happy I did! Everything from the service to the room and amenities to the spa was absolutely wonderful and I definitely will return again in the future for another weekend "away."

We liked the location, cleanliness, and above all the staff. They were all very helpful and extremely friendly. We didn't like the internet service, breakfast, and the fact that the swimming pool was closed. Overall, a great place to stay in Shanghai.

Excellent stay! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a stunning view that made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location was extremely convenient, walking distance to metro, malls and Nanjing road. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

The Shanghai Edition has a superb location, great facilities, and a terrace with a “to die for” view, but what settles this hotel apart is its staff. Always attentive, aimed to please and ready to solve any “challenge”. Benjamin being the concierge extraordinaire,will make you feel right at home and make your stay an unforgettable one. Room size very good! Located on an excellent location. One block from the famous walking shopping street. The staffs are excellent. The only thing need to improve is the hair dryer, air comes out way too strong. Definitely gave you a typhoon hairstyle.

The hotel provided exceptional views in all directions. Breakfast on the 38th floor was fabulous every day we were there. 59th floor Executive happy hour is not free but still a must. Highly recommend the corner room because of the bathroom upgrade.

Clean room, comfy bedding and bed. Good breakfast. Great location for Yu Gardens and the Bund.

Great comfortable stay for the price. Location offers some interesting opportunities to see the MOCA and bike/walk along the waterfront. There's an outdoor food court, Aldi, and Family Mart less than a block away. Definitely convenient if not exceptional.
