O atendimento da equipe foi muito bom. Fui bem acolhida em tudo que precisei. A estrutura do hotel também é boa, com quarto espaçoso, cama bem comfortável, ducha ótima. O café da manhã foi a única coisa que não gostei. Muito simplório, sem variedades. Mas ainda assim recomendo.

Hotel did not honor my reservation, they did not have a room for me when I arrived, they did not find a solution for me. If it wasn't for friends that I have in the area I would have I place to sleep.

O hotel fica afastado do barulho e ao mesmo tempo está bem localizado em relação ao centro. Boas instalações, bom café - na medida, simples, mas feito na hora. Confortável e preço razoável. Recomendo.

Nice hotel but WiFi could improve

We really enjoyed our stay. Great breakfast with freshly made eggs to your liking, freshly squeezed juice of your choice, tea or coffee, and bread with butter and jelly. The rooms were clean and the shower had great hot water and water pressure. Only complaint is the WiFi connection. The bottom floor had great connection but in our room it was very weak.

A BRAND NEW HOTEL IN CONDITION TO BE IMPROVED

THIS HOTEL IS LOCATED IN A GOOD NEIGHBORHOOD. THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY. THE THIS HOTEL WAS RECENTLY OPEN. THERE IS AN ELEVATOR, THE SIZE OF THE ROOM IS OKAY AND THE BATHROOM VERY WELL DIMENSIONED. WHAT I DID NOT FELL COMFORTABLE WAS THE LACK OF LIGHTS AND THE DARK COLORS SELECTED TO THE WALLS & FURNITURE, GIVING A HEAVY APPEARANCE TO THE ENVIRONMENT.
