Extra-ordinary service and room

We, my wife & I, recently stayed at the hotel for 6 nights (from Jan 30-Feb 5). We had an excellent stay at the hotel. Room and service were extra-ordinary. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out, the staff was friendly with great service. All the staff from the Reception (Andres at the Reception was very helpful) to the restaurants (Jungle and Gufa) and house cleaning were very attentive to our needs. Although the dinner items were okay, the breakfast buffet had lots of choice and the quality of the food was very good. On the whole, we had an excellent time at the hotel and we would very much like to stay there again when visiting Hubli-Dharwar.

Good stay for a night!

Helpful staff, easy checking, room looked new like had been recently redone. Bed linens weren't looking the cleanest but still ok. They were flexible with checkout and let me checkout whenever I wanted which was very nice as I wasn't in a rush. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Not much selection and a lot of things were out and not replaced very quickly. Great chai though!

A good brand and consistent quality

We were driving from Bangalore to Pune. As we could start only by 4pm in bangalore we ended up staying in Hubli for a night. Decent hotel. Good breakfast and good service too. The towels and linens were clean. Parking is a bit of a challenge as it is open parking so if yours is a premium or super premium car that’s a bit of a concern area

For a hotel branded as 4-star, this one feels more like 3-star. Staff was a bit cold at times and indifferent. Nothing much in their breakfast buffet. Got a good view of the lake but nothing more.

Nice Hotel on main road.

Could have provided more services for the cost but nonetheless a good stay. At present the road on which the hotel is going for a major work for BRTS and that is why the Hotel may not appear welcoming, however is you keep that side the overall experience is good. The only sore point was that the staff didn't knew anything about tourist spots, specialty foods etc. We wanted someone local to guide about Dandeli, Local food restaurant(famous), tourist points in Hubbali, but it seemed we were more aware about these than the front desk.

Checkin checkout needs a lot of improvement

Checkin took 3 hours after being told that room would be ready in half hour. Don’t know why they kept lying. If they had told me it would be a while I would’ve planned around it. And i don’t know if any hotel that takes more than 30 mins to check you out. It’s 2018, you have my card on file, just charge the incidentals later and let me go. Totally unacceptable to make me wait while you check out the mini bar contents, especially when I say I’m getting late for a flight

It was a good hotel at a good location. Rooms are of very good quality. Breakfast had lot of options and were very tasty. Overall we had a good experience and I would strongly recommend this hotel for anyone planning to visit Hublli - Dharwad area.
