"This was an interesting hotel experience and hard to rate. The room itself was fantastic, probably one of the best we stayed in on our family Europe trip - it was a good size, modern, clean, had a kitchen, and laundry available. Checking in digitally was super easy and there was luggage storage in a secure room after check out. However, there are no staff anywhere to speak of....like no hotel humans AT ALL. This is fine if everything works, but an issue if you need help with anything. We received clear instructions for check in/out and a digital key via WhatsApp, but there were two instances where we needed to speak with an actual hotel employee (once when guests from a room were throwing waterballoons down as we were trying to get into the building, and second when our TV did not work). The "customer service" representative was an AI Chatbot, withwhom we went in circles via text message trying to connect with an actual staff member. These were minor issues we had, but it would be problematic if a major concern arose and there was literally no one available to assist.
Cool hotel, conveniently located, but they need to employ some real humans onsite for basic guest assistance and safety."
