#2100 Pointe - Studio Suite at Mariners SML

Welcome to Unit 2100
Studio units are NOT waterfront and do not have a water view!

Located at The Pointe, inside of Mariners Landing! This Studio Condo has everything you need for your next stay at Smith Mountain Lake! This unit is located in building 2 on the 1st floor. All Pointe buildings have an elevator and a coded entry for security.
This unit offers a king size bed. Has Tv w/ Cable and Wi-Fi.
The Kitchenette has everything you need to prepare meals. It's equipped with dishware, utensils, appliances, etc. Included in the kitchenette: coffee, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, and dishwasher pod.
All linens are included in the rental. You'll just need to bring your beach towels for the pools. We also provide some small toiletries for your convenience.
Unit offers a small dining table for two.

Amazing!

I am so happy and pleased I booked your cute and cozy little place at the last minute! It was quiet and so serene being on the end of the hall. The cleanliness was above and beyond & I could have packed up that bed & taken it with me it was so very comfortable. Thank you and keep up the Awesome hospitality!

The property was nice, our condo was clean and comfy, but no view of the lake so that was a bit disappointing and when I booked it, it led me to believe that it was.

Cozy getaway

Awesome property and room! Perfect for a short stay for two. Room was complete with all a person needs for a lovely stay. Pool, hot tub , grounds were outstanding. Dinner with my family at the Landing was superb with sitting outside to enjoy the sunset. The refrigerator freezer needs immediate attention to defrosting. The outside of the refrigerator & dishwasher needed to be washed of sticky food. Other than that- all was great.

Nice resort

Good resort overall. Two issues with room, mini fridge freezer needs defrosting very badly. Mini split A/C fan extremely noisy, made it difficult to sleep. Needs repair. Otherwise great time at Smith mtn lake
