#2203 Pointe - Studio Suite at Mariners SML

Welcome to unit 2203!!
Studio units are NOT waterfront and do not have a water view!



Located at The Pointe, inside of Mariners Landing! This Studio Condo has everything you need for your next stay at Smith Mountain Lake! You can even bring your furry friend (restrictions & additional fees apply). This unit is located in building two on the second floor.
This unit offers a queen size bunk bed with a twin-size bed on top. Unit has a full bathroom with a tub.
The Kitchenette has everything you need to prepare meals. It's equipped with dishware, utensils, microwave, dishwasher, 2-burner stove top, small refrigerator, etc. Included in the kitchen: coffee, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, and a dishwasher pod. Also, has a seating area for two.
Living room area has a loveseat and a small chair for additional seating.

All linens are included in the rental. You'll just need to bring your beach towels for the pools. We also provide some small toiletries for your convenience.

Our front desk is located in building one of The Pointe. We have staff on-site daily as well as an after-hours phone number for emergencies.
Quiet hours are between 11pm-7am. No Parties allowed! All properties are non-smoking!
