"Stayed 2 nights on a recent business trip and it was great! Good location, nice clean room that makes a good first impression and smells nice, good hotel amenities, good price and reasonable parking rates. I definitely will stay at Hyatt House locations again."

"The water pressure wasn’t the best. Water temp was mediocre. The bathroom main light didn’t half the time. My TV didn’t work. It was the cheapest and most convenient room. I was the only to sleep and have parking without spending hundreds a night. The staff was really friendly and helpful with what they could do. "

"The property is beautiful, extremely well maintained and the amenities are endless. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool / hot tub are wonderful with great hours for someone who is staying at the hotel on business. Same with the room service which is 24 hours. All the restaurants/cafes had delicious food. All in all I would give the Fairmont Austin a perfect 10! "
