"I was genuinely disappointed with my experience at this “resort.” While it is listed as a 4-star property on Expedia, my experience, and even Google ratings, tell a very different story. Upon arrival, it was immediately clear that the property does not match the images advertised. The location is misleading; it is situated at the far end of a golf course, which was not accurately represented in the listing. The overall presentation and atmosphere fell well below expectations for a resort of this supposed rating. Due to these concerns, I made the decision to leave shortly after arriving and booked accommodations at the Westin instead. I strongly encourage the property to be more transparent and accurate in how they present themselves online. Guests rely on those details when making travel decisions, and this experience did not reflect what was promised."

"Made a reservation at the Rodeway Inn in Port Richey, and it was an awful experience from start to finish. The “front desk” is essentially a hole in a window, and the man working there was incredibly rude and completely unhelpful. To make matters worse, I found a cockroach in the room, absolutely unacceptable. When I raised concerns, there was zero urgency or care shown. Getting a refund turned into another frustrating ordeal that dragged on for days. Between the lack of cleanliness, poor service, and overall disregard for guests, I would strongly recommend staying anywhere else."
