"The old Florida cottage was old Florida. It was clean with history and very friendly property management. I grew up in this area and this is what vacation was before all the resorts cluttered the beach. I mis booked our cottage and the manager met me and fixed it without argument. Close to the beach and far enough from south beach that you had some peaceful time off. Would definitely go back and have already recommended to several friends and family."

"We were very comfortable in this clean and comfortable house. Everything worked well. Beds comfortable. We had extra family stay a few nights and they were comfy too. It’s walking and central to Ozona and Palm Harbor restaurants. Bike path in back yard. Starchans ice cream at the end of street. The location is directly accross from USPS so there was to be expected occasional noise. Nothing that kept us awake."

Very convenient to downtown Dunedin and Honeymoon Island & Caladesi State Parks. Several good restaurants and breweries close by. Owners live on site and were very friendly."

"Took an overnight trip to visit Dunedin with my mom and sister. Barefoot Parrot was the perfect spot to spend the night. Nicely decorated and immaculate! We didn’t stay long enough to take advantage of all the amenities, but Jen’s local guide with suggestions for shopping, restaurants and beaches was quite helpful. Highly recommend!"

"We had a great time staying in Dunedin - and Barefoot Parrot 2 was the perfect cottage to stay in. The house is in the best location. You arrive and then are able to walk everywhere. Right downtown within 1-2 blocks of all of the great bars, breweries, restaurants, and coffee shops. The house itself is super cute, clean, comfortable and has everything you need. "Very clean. Great back patio. Remote in"seashell" bedroom didn't work on ceiling fan. We switched it with other queen bedroom Difficult to navigate if disabled. Nice town, restaurants very good, not much of a beach, have to drive to Clearwater."

"We had a spot on the 2nd floor on the very end near the entrance, and the unit had carpet that seemed damp whem we came in. No smell, was super clean, large and luxurious beds etc but carpet should go. The check in was amazing. Loved the pool, the restaurant, the staff and the.little beach was wonderful. There is a strong odor outside from the water that smelled lile sulfur. We werent sure what causes that, but it didnt affect the pool area, only the beach and environs..I read that it might be...
