"The most wonderful hotel. The staff were super helpful & welcoming. The arrival to and in the hotel is so well maintained, clean and smells incredible. The beds/linen/pillows are THE best I’ve ever slept on! Shower & amenities are excellent. There is the usual resort fee, whilst I’ll continue to dislike these, this hotel offers 1 x free breakfast (unsure why not 2, or actually how many people are in the room) or you can switch this to x 2 (these is far more reasonable) house drinks at the bar. Overall, Great location and I genuinely can’t fault a single thing about this hotel. "

"What can I say what an amazing hotel!! From the front desk to the pool guys to housekeeping absolutely five star. Loved the pool on the 4th floor it’s a godsend in the NYC summer heat. Rooms are super clean and spacious and the view of the Empire State Building is something special. Do your self a favour and book this gem in NYC. I’m loyal to the virgin brand and can’t wait to return. "
