"The front desk staff was cordial and accommodating, I could park right in front of my room, the air/heat worked well, the fridge and microwave worked well, the bathroom was clean with good water pressure and hot water, and the hot breakfast is unmatched by any motel at this price. Oh, and the bed was firm for my rapidly-aging back!"

"My family and I went on a trip to the Poughkeepsie area due to my son being recruited for football. We arrived at the hotel. The staff was OK. We got up to the room. The room was extremely hot. We made several attempts to call to ask them what was going on they said their air-conditioning was down however it was being fixed now. Mine knew it is easy degrees outside and to me that was an unacceptable response. We waited several more hours. Nothing happened. Had a hard time sleeping went downstairs spoke to the ninth desk clerk. He told me to take the panel off and to turn a button which I was not going to do. This trip was very stressful, and I would never revisit this hotel again in life."

"The hotel room was wonderful. There were a few issues. First in room refriedgerator was not cold. A tech came up and said they fixed it but it barely cooled my drinks. There was no freezer. I purchase some special ice cream for my return trip and asked someone at the front desk to put it in their freezer. When I picked it up the following day with a cooler full of ice, the ice cream was pretty much melted. when I asked the front desk was this put in the freezer, he said, "I dont know I wasnt working that day." Pretty upsetting no one would take acountability and left me rather disappoinited. I would think twice about returning."
