"So very well located, and the front counter staff are unobtrusive but extremely helpfull and friendly. The lady who cleans the rooms brightens the day with a magic gleaming smile as we ascend or descend the stairs. This epitomises the whole atmosphere at Casablanca; a happy smiling good place to be.
