Additionally, while some staff members are warm and friendly, others could be more welcoming and approachable, as their lack of hospitality and warmth was noticeable at times."

Plenty of parking Breakfast really good. Enjoyed Burger in the evening.Bar is amazing, enjoyed loads of swimming which is added bonus than staying in hotel which dosnt have a pool would stay again for sure."

"We got moved room at midnight, and had to move all of our belongings because the power in our room wasn't working, which was an issue the desk knew about when they gave us the room. Then, when I attempted to get a refund on the room for the night, we were offered free breakfast, but the lady on the desk was desperate to haggle down the number of days we got it for. Just felt very cheap and really made us not enjoy the stay."
