"Went there on our honeymoon on the all inclusive package. We stayed in an overwater villa, the resort and the villa were amazing. We had Siraj as our staff looking after the villa- he always had a smile on his face and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Also had a complimentary massage as it was our honeymoon and complimentary snorkelling gear which was appreciated! The food and drinks on the whole were great on the AI package- would definitely recommend Banh Thai- the food there was amazing! Lunches at the Kakuni Hut were also great! Not all drinks were included in the AI packages but still a decent selection of drinks to choose from. Service on the whole was good apart from our last night at the Anchorage restaurant where service was incredibly slow and impersonal but seems like an isolated event mainly due to one wait staff. Overall, we had a really nice stay, food and drinks were amazing, staff largely were very hospitable and wanted to ensure you had a good time. Would definitely recommend! "

"The Ocean Grand is a fabulous hotel. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. The location is close to shopping and other services. The restaurant is rooftop with pool and an amazing view of the beach. The food is fresh and well seasoned and prepared. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel. "
