"Exterior grounds are stunningly beautiful. Lovely for walking around and enjoying nature. Rooms are getting stale. My shower was very slow to drain, and would back up into bathroom. Carpets are getting old. Main resturant is excellent but could use more vegetable choices at buffets. Overall gorgeous place to stay."

"Staff don't speak English, but I speak a few words of Mandarin and the staff were handy with smartphone translation apps. Staff is neutral, not friendly but polite and professional. The room is a bit tired, mostly the carpet needs a very deep clean or replacement but the room was otherwise bright and clean and the housekeeping was 100%. No strange smells in the room but cigarette smoke will waft in from the hallways (smoking indoors is standard in China...). The bed, pillows and sheets were...
