"The location was quiet. View was nice. Floors need updated and carpets cleaned. Shower head in front bathroom needs cleaned or replaced, tub needs refinished. Owner was nice and easy to talk to. I think could use some curtains and new sheets. Porch furniture needs to be cleaned and porch is unuseable in the rain. It is a basement apartment was musty when we first got therebbut lysol abd sented candles helped. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but definitely needs lots of updates throughout. "

"House was filthy and a dump! Beautiful location! Walking distance to the beach so I want to give a good review but the whole place was gross! Washer and dryer barely worked and the dishwasher didn't work, the fridge stunk, and spare sheets were thrown on the floor of the closet and had blood stains! Clearly they had not been washed. The floor and couch just felt so grungy. The showers didn't drain. We also didn't have enough towels! Not even enough to cover all our guests (which the number was...
