"I didn’t appreciate there not being anyone in reception upon my arrival. The front door was locked and I had no idea how to get into the hotel. I tried calling the hotel number with no answer. I had to walk around the back to find an open door. My key was just left in an envelope on the front desk with a note in German I didn’t understand. I couldn’t figure out the room key and it took me 20 minutes to try to get into my room. The next morning there was still no one in reception that could help...

"Geräumiges, hübsch eingerichtetes Zimmer mit toller Aussicht. Speisen im Restaurant sehr gut, freundliche Bedienung. Beim Frühstück war gut und für jeden etwas dabei. Nettes Familiengeführtes Ensemble. Gern wieder"
