Staff were welcoming and most helpful. Shuttle from and to the airport was a bit chaotic, but worked. Room was wanting, desk light did not work, 3 hangers only, carpet/baseboard pulled away from walls in several places. Thought we could use couch for sleeping space, but no bedding provided.
