"The condo was very clean, and my boyfriend and I enjoyed how quiet it is there. I've been to Harbor Island multiple times before, but he had not, so he got to experience my favorite vacation spot with me for the first time. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and all sorts of seasonings, which made cooking our meals so much easier. I definitely want to stay here again the next time I want to get away from everything for a while!"

"Very nice house for a crowd. Well stocked kitchen, nice toys to use at the beach, zippy golf cart. Fabulous view from the house and porches. Only issue we had was out of the control of the property manager: internet was out, and the utility company did not come to repair for 7 days. Cell service is terrible on that point of the island, so out of touch for a solid week. Would not have been too bad except that several family members had to work and were not able to do so on the property. Overall however, a very nice vacation on beautiful Fripp Island and I would recommend the property. "

"Wow! Everything about this trip was an absolute delight. Melody made it feel like home and was excellent with communication. The golf cart was my 3 yo favorite for getting back and forth to the beach and pool and the house was a great space to accommodate us all and even be able to enjoy the space even when he was sleeping. 15/10 recommend (even though I’d love to keep this property a secret)"

"Location is perfect, beautiful sunrise views from the balcony and master bedroom. In the late afternoons the balcony is so nice, shaded and usually a great breeze. We would sit out there each evening and have Hors d'Oeuvres and a glass of wine before dinner. Wilson the host was also very accessible and prompt in responding to us when some unforeseen circumstances happened. He went out of his way to accommodate us. It was a great weekend being only steps from the beautiful beach, we will be back!!"

"The house was clean, well equipped, comfortable and convenient. Overall this house was one of our best short term rental experiences. However the screen porch needs repair to be able to enjoy it when the mosquitoes are out - most of the time - and some of that furniture needs replacing. "
