"Property was perfect for myself, my sister and Mum. Everything you might need was provided and the property was very clean and comfortable in a fantastic location. Lots of pubs within walking distance and a nice Co-op for food shopping. Excellent location near the train station for travelling to Exeter, Exmouth and Dawlish etc. Parking space was not far away and easy to find. Stairs were a bit steeper than we realised for our Mum in her 80's which wasn't mentioned or photograped in the advert...

"Very peaceful, quiet setting, just what we wanted. The cottage was spacious, clean, and well equipped. Both bedrooms were lovely. The owners responded to emails quickly and were very helpful with whatever we needed. We really enjoyed our stay here. "

The silence was only interrupted by occasional sounds of cows and sheep in the adjoining fields and the call of the resident pheasant. Diane was welcoming and helpful. Only two suggestions for her: a spot of milk, a bit of sugar and a few tea bags to accompany the very welcoming scones and clotted cream would have been great (and taking a plane to a couple of doors that don't quite open).
