"Room 411, executive room with 4 poster bed. The mattress needs upgrading as on the left hand side I felt the springs digging into my back! It was very uncomfortable indeed and I did not sleep very well at all. The reception staff needed to be a bit more cheerful too and needed to play some background music as it appeared very unwelcoming on entry. "

"We didn't mind how small our room was as we were only going to be there for one night. But bed was not standard double and was also very soft. So made for an uncomfortable night by both of us. We were also awoken by an argument which ended up becoming violent. Called night manager who came very quickly to sort it, then came back as more complaints and the occupants left within 20 minutes. "
