Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
Well let's start by saying this was the worst stay ive ever had through an expedia property. As I walked into the office I walked into massive amounts of some kind of chemical sprayed in the air. So bad I had to leave the office for open for a minute. The woman who checked me in seemed real nice and polite. She did the check-in process and proceed to tell us we were on the 3rd floor. And then followed up with the statement of "by the way our elevator doesn't work". So we had to climb to the 3rd floor not once but twice to get our belongings upstairs. We enter the kitchenette room to find no toilet paper, no dishes at all, left over food in cabinets from previous guests, the floor hadn't been mopped, there was tons of hair still in the bathtub so it clearly hadn't been cleaned. There was dried blood under the corner of the fridge. When I addressed these concerns I was told I couldn't get a new room or a refund cause I had already checked in. The next morning I was hoping for management to be there to be greeted with a locked door and a note saying call a phone number. This was 930am btw. I asked about the tub being cleaned or gloves to do it myself and was told I need to go buy my own. When I returned that evening I tried to contact them about the TV to be repeatedly hung up on every time I called. The hallways and stairwells had tons of trash in them. This was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had and wouldn't recommend a dog stay here. I do have pictures for proof.
