The property was described quite well and very clean. The contact person was easy to reach when things came up. There are a few minor repairs that should be done to the property, but nothing that would hinder me staying there again. And I love the fact that it’s a gated area so that was awesome as well! Overall, a wonderful day!

Linens were nasty had stains on them and black specs all over them in downstairs bed. Request clean linens from property manager without a reply. Closet doors were off hinges unable to utilize. Carpet looks old and worn out. Had to sleep on the couch and it was uncomfortable. Smoke smell throughout unit.

Property manager not timely in response and often 8 to 10 hours later. TVs did not work, and property manager did not respond to request for assistance. Property manager did not provide check in or check out procedures in a timely manner. We had already left the property when the manager sent check out instructions at 10:30 a.m. for an 11 a.m. check out. Manager did not provide check-in instructions until 11:30 at night (after I wrote and called with no response until VRBO intervened on my behalf) at my request the night before I was to leave at 6 AM the next morning. Upstairs mattress slanted and uncomfortable. Pillows were dirty and extensively stained. Broken closet doors. Upstairs bathroom dank and musty smelling. Toilet paper holder broken. Carpet dingy and dirty. Not worth the price or effort.
