2 car garage and 2 driveway parking spots are available on the property for guest.

I like giving guest their space but I will be available in case anything comes up.

Pets may be accepted on a case by case basis and require pre- approval and a fee. Send a message and we will get back to you. Guest are required to scoop and discard poop. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Heavy cheddars are not allowed. There will be an extra charge to clean hair found on furniture.

For the safety of our guests, home and neighbors, there are security cameras located on the exterior of the home. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Guest who use the grill are responsible for cleaning the grill. The neighborhood is a new construction site. The location is a hidden gem on the outskirt of Huntsville. There are restaurants that are close by and walkable and two publix about a five minute drive in either direction.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Bag all trash and put all trash in the trash dumpster in garage.
Put all dirty laundry in the laundry area.
Return all furniture and game pieces to their original location you found them. Notify host when you depart
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Shoes off on carpet occupancy permitted for registered guests only. No unauthorized visitors/events/social gatherings. Respect the home/neighbors.
use all you need but please do not take anything out of the home.
Put all dishes in the dishwasher and start. Bag all trash and put in dumpster Strip bed sheets and place all dirty towels/sheets in laundry room .
