Stay in the heart of The Rocket City at Sanctuary at Indian Creek, just minutes from Cummings Research Park. Ideal for short-term or extended stays, our fully-furnished homes feature full kitchens, in-unit laundry, and fast WiFi. Outside your door, unwind at the resort-style pool, work remotely from private clubhouse offices, or stretch out at the yoga studio.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.

For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.

Quiet, Comfortable and Modern

I enjoyed my stay. I slept like a baby (much unlike at 3 star chain hotels). The home was equipped with everything I needed and ready for my relaxation upon arrival. I hope to stay again!

Very nice place in a central location.

We liked the property -- everything was as advertised and we would stay there again. Great location. Stay was smooth without problems. The only negative was the request for lots of personal information that seemed excessive and invasive -- I hope they will tone that down as I am very sensitive to identity theft.
