"Was a cosy little room, it was clean an well presented, the sign in Wi-Fi was a bonus the view from the balcony was cool, we didn't really need the staff help as it was one night only. Another bonus was the shuttle Soho Hotel had provided to get us fans to and from Metallica at Eden Park, it was loud and packed with fans. "Super cool hotel! Did a quickie stay, had a red eye and this one was near the airport. We were wishing we could’ve stayed longer at this one! It got noisy at night, there was a noisy group of people hanging out in the hall or near the restaurant, we had a ground floor room, but when I called front desk about it, they resolved it right away. Friendly staff and the rooms are well maintained! "

"Room was clean, everything was great. Good customer service. Rooms relatively nice and upgraded inside. Toilet door was a bit weird, was a sliding door and would slide back open if not locked. Was a mission to lock it and then to unlock it (i did get locked in there for a minute) i didnt want to bother reception about it - got it sorted in end Never the less, i really enjoyed my stay - thanks "

"A good modern room only a one minute walk from the international terminal. Other airport hotels allow a late check-out (free) if you check in after mid-night, but they charge for this. "
