"Great holace with clean, comfortable rooms and well-maintained facilities. Everything was spotless, the staff was friendly, and the overall experience was excellent. I would gladly stay here again."
"We were in Ruidoso for our granddaughters wedding.
The first day plenty of rain, hail, and the temp dropped to 48°!
Marissa was such a help. She had directed us to restaurants, sight seeing, history of the area and Beals, hubby needed a jacket, as we were not prepared for the "cooler" temp!
One item in need...UMBRELLA!! Marissa came to our rescue and loaned us hers!
She was our hero! Always a smile!!
Will definitely stay again when in NM."
"This location was clean and safe, two of the most important factors when I’m looking for a hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were several complementary snacks in the room ( microwave and fridge as well)."
The perfect stay- 6 Bedroom, 4 Bath with a HOT TUB
8/10 Good
"Our family of 8 stayed for 4 nights and overall really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful (the themed rooms were so cute), very clean, and had plenty of space for everyone. We loved the location just outside of town but close enough to enjoy the shopping, restaurants and activities. The beds were pretty comfortable and the hot tub was really nice to have. Some things to consider for anyone thinking about renting: 1. There are propane tanks available but they are empty and you are expected to take them into town and pay to fill them. This means if you want to grill one night or enjoy the fire table on the deck, you must first drive, purchase a refill and install a propane tank. We thought that was a crazy system and just opted out of that nonsense. 2. The kitchen is very sparsely stocked with necessities. There was one long handled grill spatula and a skillet with peeling teflon. We purchased some supplies at Walmart just to get by and found ourselves having to get creative with what was available. 3. We really needed more than one pillow to sleep well. We found some extras in the closet but no pillow cases. This house is not well stocked. 4. Possibly the most important consideration. There is no air conditioning upstairs and no screens on the windows. Anyone sleeping in the upstairs bedroom was extremely hot. Summary--overall so nice but you feel like you're roughing it because there are no supplies. Maximalist decor but minimalist necessities"
