The Grand Palace Hotel Hurghada has beautiful pools and a lovely beachfront setting that makes the stay relaxing. The staff are friendly and truly hard‑working, which adds warmth to the experience. However, the food quality is only mediocre and doesn’t quite match the resort's label. Overall, it was an okay place to unwind, but the dining could be better.

Ein wirklich schönes Hotel mit extrem freundlichen Mitarbeitern und einem – besonders für Ägypten – sehr guten Essensangebot. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war lediglich, dass zwei identisch gebuchte Zimmer unterschiedlich groß ausfielen, nicht ganz den Angaben bei Expedia entsprachen (besonders beim Balkon) und die Handbrause im Bad nicht repariert wurde. ​Das macht die tolle Atmosphäre aber mehr als wett: Achmet und sein Team an der Poolbar leisten fantastische Arbeit, und Ralf, der sich so liebevoll um die Katzen kümmert, ist einfach ein herzensguter Mensch. Wegen dieser großartigen Gastfreundschaft geben wir voller Überzeugung 5 Sterne und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir waren das zweite Mal innerhalb eines Jahres dort und können dieses Hotel nur empfehlen. Das Personal ist in allen Bereichen extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Anlage wird sehr gut gepflegt und der Strand ist ordentlich. Die Poolanlage ist wunderschön gestaltet und weitläufig angelegt, sodass ein Platz an der Sonne garantiert ist. Das Essen ist vielfältig, üppig und lässt durch die verschiedenen Restaurants keine Wünsche offen. Wellnessangebote kann man frei buchen. Das Spa ist nur zu empfehlen! Das gesamte Hotel und auch die Zimmer sind modern, jedoch orientalisch eingerichtet. Wer einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub verbringen möchte, ist in diesem Hotel bestens aufgehoben!

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt das Personal war immer sehr aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Es war alles sauber und man konnte auch oft sehen wie die Anlage sauber gemacht wurde mehrmals täglich. Das Essen war sehr gut und sehr viel Auswahl. Vor allem die A la carte restaurants sehr gut. Wir würden immer wiederkommen, es war ein sehr schöner aufenthalt.

Unfreundliche Personal schon am Rezeption, Kellner,dreckige Zimmer Bettwäsche, sehr schmutzig. Unglaubliches Gestanks und das war schlechteste Urlaub in Ägypten. Kann ich nicht weiter empfehlen. In Hurgada gibt’s viel, viel bessere und schönere Hotels. Für dieses Hotel gebe ich nur ein Stern. Ich Reise über 32 Jahre nach Hurghada und solche Katastrophe hab ich noch nie erlebt.

Skulle inte rekommendera denna hotel dem har gått in i rummet medans vi sov och snodde mina solglasögon och en plagg kläder sen spelar dem dumma när jag pratar med dem och när jag säger nätet e dåligt så säger dem nej den är inte dåligt och personalen e katastrof efter jag anmälde händelsen så kolla dem snett mot mig man kände inte sig välkommen där så jag hoppas ingen går besöker denna hotel jag hoppas den hotel.com tar bort den som kund dem är tjuvar ger mig fake glasögon istället för mina äkta glasögon som kostar 2500kr fy på er

Quelle fabuleuse semaine passée dans cet hôtel, le service est de qualité, le personnel aux petits soins avec les clients. C'est un hôtel magique, calme, prestigieux, je recommande à tous les couples qui veulent se reposer dans un cadre idyllique.

Es war okay die Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen. Schade war das auf unserer Seite wir hatten Zimmer mit Pool Zugang der Pool nicht wirklich gereinigt wurde außer das einmal/ zweimal am Tag jemand vorbei kommt mit einem Netz um die Blätter raus zu holen ansonsten war der Pool echt eine unangenehme Brühe mit schmierigen film darauf,was man besonderes abends gesehen hat. Während die offensichtlichen Pools sehr sauber waren. Personal super nett da kann man nichts sagen. Essen war ebenfalls hervorragend. Was man überhaupt nicht empfehlen kann ist das Spa center am Strand da wird man richtig über den Tisch gezogen was an Betrügerei grenzt. Man zahlt viel Geld für kosmetische Behandlungen wo man letztendlich mit Herpes wieder rauskommt und das Ergebnis der Behandlung absolut nicht das ist was es sein sollte. Also da auf keinen Fall was buchen!!!
