One of the most amazing properties we have ever stayed at. The staff are amazing- very friendly and overly accommodating. We are not typically fans of the food at all inclusive resorts, but the food was incredible. We will absolutely return. Special shout out to Turquoise manager Hady and his amazing staff. Fauzey in the beach area was very kind and always helped us find a spot. Sammy was another wonderful staff member in the beach area. I cant say enough about their exceptional customer service. Bravo Rixos Hurgada!!!!

Excellent Stay Friendly Staff and Great Amenities

The staff at the hotel were really friendly and caring. They served us well and were always there to help with anything we needed. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re going to Hurghada. The all-inclusive experience was great, with plenty of pools and beaches to choose from.

Rixos Premium Magawish Suites and Villas is an exceptional hotel. From the moment we arrived and were checked in on a sofa with a cool towel and a glass of champagne to our last coffee and excellent pastry, the experience was exceptional. The staff are outstanding, the suite spacious and spotlessly clean, the selection of restaurants, cafes, bars and pool service amazing. Apart from one bad meal in the Salt (fish/seafood restaurant) and a toaster in the main restaurant which was broken and failed daily to deliver the toast, there really was nothing at all negative about our stay. I could not recommend this hotel more highly. Congratulations to all the excellent staff for their outstanding service. I would love to return.

Amazing vacation

It was the 1st time for me to try rixos chains but definitely it will not be the last. The hotel facilities and services is perfect. The stuff was very helpful and the room was clean and tidy. The shuttle bus is fast every 5 to 10 mins there is a shuttle bus. You don't need to wait along to find a place in the shuttle bus. The kids club was perfect my daughter like it very much and the stuff was very friendly. We need to thank Marian from the kids club . Regarding the alcart restaurant. It was amazing a big thank to Salt restaurant and youssry from Salt ,mangal restaurant (big thank to chef Reda and Mohamed) and people's. The food was superb and very tasty. You have alot of varieties and with a very good quality. Thank you Islam from turquoise restaurant.

Didn’t get the room that I booked. Much smaller room and away from the common areas. “We are fully booked” they said. Their shuttles are always full so had to walk most of the time. Construction noises starts at 8am so have ear plugs. The staff were nice to be honest. Expedia didn’t help at all. Extremely below expectations. Never again!

The staff here is nothing short of amazing and accommodating, ensuring that every guest feels special. Housekeeping is always available, ensuring that the rooms are spotless and comfortable throughout the stay. However, I found the buffet to be exceptional, with fresh and well-maintained food that could easily satisfy any palate. I celebrated my birthday at the Brazilian restaurant, and the experience was unforgettable. The staff made it so special, and I want to extend a special thank you to Heba, Peter, and Ahmed for providing such a fantastic dining experience. Overall, Rixos Premium Magawish Suites and Villas exceeded all my expectations, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious and family-friendly stay in Hurghada. This resort is in a great location within a two minute drive of the airport. The grounds are stunning with an impressive driveway leading to the main reception. There are many dining options with some better than others. I would recommend Mangal and The Brazilian restaurant but would avoid the Turkish. We had a very bad experience with our room as my wife and I were put in a twin bed room rather than a king room that we had booked. When this was highlighted to the reception they said that the king was based on availability despite us having a confirmed reservation. The reception staff, especially the manager, were completely unhelpful in resolving the issue. Overall a good holiday spilt by this issue.

Pros - LUXURY at its finest! - Given welcome drink while waiting for check-in then taken in a golf buggy on a tour of the resort on our way to our room - Friendly and helpful staff - We had garden view suite, which was very spacious with separate sleeping and seating area. The garden view was lovely and I could partially see the sea! - Luxury toiletries in the bathroom - Bathrobes and slippers in the room - Choice of 4 A La Carte restaurants which you need to reserve either 1 day before or you can try on the day (we managed to reserve the Asian restaurant on the day). You can reserve the restaurants more than once, apart from salt, which you can only reserve once - Great variety of amenities included in all inclusive package- gym, ice cream cafe, hot drink and cake cafe, outdoor exercise classes, sports facilities, bars - We were always able to get a Sun lounger; the lifeguards were very observant in making sure people didn’t reserve loungers then go off for ages; I preferred lounging by the lotus pools as it was quieter and less busy, I lounged by the main pool a few times and enjoyed the vibe. I was glad to have options - Good variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner at the main buffet restaurant (turquoise); if you missed lunch then there was another restaurant open for a later lunch (people’s) and also a snack bar (beach snaxx) Cons - hot chocolate machine was hit and miss -evening entertainment was repetitive; it would have been good to have more culture

Amazing resort - the grounds are beautiful and there are enough different activities to do. There was especially a focus on kids entertainment, and the resort seems to be filled with families and kids.
