Très bon séjour au Sunrise Crystal Bay. L'hôtel est très propre, très bien entretenu. La piscine était chauffée, donc nous avons pu en profiter début mars. Le personnel est très gentil. Beaucoup de choix au restaurant buffet et il y a également plusieurs restaurants où dîner le soir. Les équipements de la salle de sport sont en très bon état. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour cet hôtel.

La suite junior était très spacieuse, nous avons apprecié la vue sur la mer et le jardin. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme général de l'hôtel avec notamment des zones "Adult only" dont une des grandes piscines chauffée à 29°C, le jacuzzi extérieur et une partie des transats en bord de mer. Le personnel etait toujours très poli et serviable. Les activités proposées sont variés. Enfin la restauration (matin, midi et soir) etait vraiment excellente : très variée, très qualitative. Un vrai plaisir de s'y rendre.

Im Restaurant mit dem Buffet gibt es oft trotz verschiedener Essensrichtungen wie Mexikanisch etc. oft das gleiche, die heiße Schokolade schmeckt dort beim Frühstück überhaupt nicht, beim Posh-Club war diese viel besser, der Abholservice per Limousine hat leider nicht funktioniert, das unser Flug Verspätung und die Gepäckausgabe Probleme hatte, wir mussten selbst ein Taxi nehmen und bezahlen: Das hat zu Beginn einen schlechten Eindruck hinterlassen und ich war verärgert, hier sollte eine Kontaktmöglichkeit angegeben werden, damit man bei Verspätungen etc. Bescheid geben kann, in den Zimmern fehlen definitiv Nachttischlampen, hier muss immer das große Licht angestellt werden

The resort is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a true luxury experience from start to finish. If you’re planning to stay here, I highly recommend booking in the Posh Club. It takes your entire experience to another level. Exclusive areas, premium service, total relaxation. It made our trip unforgettable. What really made the stay special was the service.
