Good value for money and location

This resort is well located with two nice beach areas. More 3 than 4 star, but good. Food acceptable, but not amazing. Wifi a problem - either only on the beach or paid, unless you book a suite, even so it is on and off. Will i go back? YES I will given the price and location.

Great location and pool view rooms. But none of the restaurants inside are vegetarian friendly. We were 19 people and stayed for 8days. Everyday had to request atleast one dish without the chicken broth or beef broth. Sometimes, after many follow ups, we were served with vegetarian options. But it seems the resort management is not expecting the vegetarians to book this resort or least bothered about them or Chefs are not made aware of this issue.

Food quality is bad and not suitable for vegans and no respect for vegetarians and were treated differently when asked. Need to beg for food all days during stay to make the seperate food without meat. We paid money and not staying free to demand proper food. The management looked at is unwelcome for every request made. Not worth the stay if all inclusive. They need to learn to cater meals and have it ready all the time for vegetarians or Vegans. It is basic sense in today world of hospitality. Long way to go and I doubt if they ever change !!! Definitely do not recommend others to go

Would I stay again? NO. I will start with the positives. The staff was friendly and nice. Food was challenging. Do not expect gluten-free bread options or vegan milk if you come from the UK. This hotel is classified as a 4* hotel, but it's more like 2.5* in Greece. The rooms all have some defects, and the cleanliness of the rooms could be better. Free Wifi, forget about it. Even paid Internet is a problem. Beach offers every day. Massage Photoshoot Fresh paid fruit juice Trips Ice cream Melon - avoid at every cost. Also, Egyptians have unrealistic prices. The prices are much higher than in London. :) I understand you have to negotiate everything, but it's tiring on holiday. The first massage cost me the same money as I pay in London. £50 per 50 minutes. I found it extremely expensive. Then a lady told me that's the first one, and you pay £25 for the next one. Melon is £5 or $5. Be careful about the photoshoot. The photographer is fantastic, and I enjoyed the time with him. Lovely pictures. Rest of it, find out on your own. I want to say "Thank you" to Aisam and Aymon at the reception, Monsef in the restaurant, Mejit in the hotel store, Raul, the photographer and Sherrif from the photoshoot studio, and Heba at the Spa. They were all nice and professional, and of course, the towel boy on the beach Aymon. All nice people. They looked after me well the entire time. Even though I met all these lovely people, I would not return to this hotel again. Good luck!

Resort molto grande ma ben curato, tutto estremamente pulito e ordinato, personale cordiale e sempre presente e disponibile. La nostra camera era Junior Suite: grande, panorama stupendo su piscina e mare, pulitissima, il personale delle pulizie estremamente gentile, disponibile. Pulizie e cambio asciugamani giornalieri, bottiglie d’acqua in omaggio in camera, ci hanno lasciato anche frutta fresca e dei simpatici animaletti costruiti con gli asciugamani sul letto. Cibo di buona qualità e vario, nessun problema con acqua o ghiaccio. Nota negativa: sono estremamente stretti con alcuni orari, ad esempio per prenotare le cene speciali incluse nella prenotazione ci si doveva recare alle 9 del giorno stesso e affrontare una lunghissima fila, perché tutti gli ospiti si riversano nello stesso posto a quello scopo tanto che alle fine non abbiamo mai trovato posto perdendo così la possibilità di provare la cena. Per il gelato o lo snack pomeridiano c’è solo 1 ora disponibile di conseguenza di nuovo file lunghissime, le fasce orarie andrebbero decisamente allargate vista la grande quantità di camere e ospiti presenti. In spiaggia propongono bibite che però non sono incluse nell’all inclusive, andrebbe chiaramente specificato per evitare fastidiosi fraintendimenti. Il Wi-Fi è gratuito in spiaggia a pagamento nella lobby, sono stati molto gentili e ce lo hanno offerto e prendeva anche in camera. Si hanno due ore di biliardo gratuite incluse, molto piacevole. Consigliato.

This place was not good. It was very dirty - both in public spaces and in the rooms. There was a hole in the wall of our bathroom that went into the unknown. The staff were either aggressively hunting for a tip or horribly, horribly rude. The other guests were horribly rude. Dining is like a cattle stampeded - literally. Guests are elbowing one another, cutting the line, etc. We traveled during Covid and the other guests and staff took no precautions, and actually taunted guests who were wearing masks. You have to pay by the hour for wifi service.

Very bad experience. A- The food is horrible. B- The staff is very unprofessional. C- The air conditioning doesn’t work in the whole hotel they are only running the fans.

FRAUD ALERT: NO in-room internet!

When I booked this hotel, it clearly advertised in-room Wi-Fi (for a fee), and this was listed on my printed reservation. Since I was actively teaching an on-line class during my stay, I would NEVER have booked this hotel had it not advertised this service. Sit in a busy lobby area to do my work? Not my idea of fun, especially not when I'm on vacation! But that's exactly what I ended up doing. Worse, it took me three days of frustration TRYING to get the in-room service to work--which it did for a few minutes or half an hour here and there--before I figured out that "really," there was no in-room service (due to wall thickness, inadequate number of routers, etc.). Most of the hotel staff spoke English so poorly that it took a while to get them to even understand my question. When I finally asked to speak to the hotel's IT manager, he informed me that the hotel does not have in-room wi-fi! Then began a heated battle to get a refund of the money I had paid for the non-existent service. Staff were perfectly willing to refund the money, but only if they canceled my ability to use the wi-fi AT ALL, even in the lobby. Only when I showed the front office manager my PRINTED reservation stating that there WAS in-room wi-fi, and threatened to report the hotel to the Tourism Ministry, using words like "false advertising" and "fraud," did he agree to "check with the manager," at which point I became loud and obnoxious and FINALLY got my $20 back without cancellation of lobby service.

God valuta for pengene og hotellet ligger centralt

I det store og hele et effektivt hotel, der er lidt slidt på det ydre. God hygiejne i forbindelse med buffeten og altid friskt salatbord. Stor effektivitet hos personalet i forbindelse med at rydde af bordet, så der blev plads til de næste gæster. Manglede imødekommenhed i forbindelse med ankomsten i receptionen, men det blev der rettet op på i forbindelse med en evaluering af hotellet.

the hotel overall is good, however it is somehow old, food needs some work, staff is helpful,
