"This gem of a B&B is in a tranquil and beautiful village with 2 pubs and a tiny shop. The joining instructions were clear and accurate. The signposting inside the property is a model of clarity. The compact bedroom was well appointed down to the torch for walks back from the pub. A delightful continental breakfast served when required, but you can help yourself and make tea and coffee at any time. The steep little staircase to the rooms could cause some people problems. "We really enjoyed our stay here to celebrate our special wedding anniversary. All the stafff were welcoming & excellent. Our room (Delude) was super spacious with a 4 poster bed & lovely bedlinen. The spa was great and I had a fantastic treatment with Marilyn. Yes the property is a little tired but the surroundings & staff made it a very special stay nevertheless and we will definitely return. Breakfast was also excellent. The grounds are stunning so highly recommend this hotel for a stay. "
