Very busy and impersonal but thats the nature of an airport hotel. Resturant was nice and the resturant staff were friendly and polite. They did mix my gluten free meal up with someone elses at a different table which was quickly rectified but could have been worse.

Gave us a free room upgrade, and brought us 2 fans when the air conditioning stopped working. Room was nice, clean, and exactly what we needed. Easy to catch the Hotel Hoppa to/from Heathrow

We stayed for one night. It was fine. Why can't they just put a room service menu in the room though instead of making us figure out that we had to find a QR code on the TV to get the menu on our phones. At least put the QR code on the wall with a sign.
