Our room was spacious, beautifully presented, and incredibly comfortable, with a real sense of luxury- making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Breakfast was fantastic- delicious, high-quality, and the perfect way to start the day. A special thank you to Chamane and the rest of the team as well for going above and beyond to help me organise a birthday surprise for my partner. They made the entire experience seamless and memorable, with an impressive range of treats and balloon options to suit any celebration. Not only did we get to check in early but he also gave us a room upgrade after we signed up to be a member. All of the staff were amazing the room was perfect and we also had food and cocktails in Atlantic gate which was also faultless. "

"Fantastic stay! The only thing this hotel is missing is it's own restaurant for dinner. And it's at the top of a very steep hill which, after enjoying many of Bournemouth's fine restaurants, is bloody hard to climb. The room was immaculate, the staff responsive and professional, highly recommended."
