We had trouble finding the entrance to the parking lot from the main highway. The motel was very clean and comfortable and looked like it had recently been remodeled. We had our choice of staying here or a brand new motel down the road and chose this motel because it was cheaper and the other one didn't serve breakfast as part of your stay. We weren't disappointed.

Overall trip was good. Little disappointed that breakfast didn’t have biscuits and gravy, or any gravy at all to put on eggs and meat of the day, so they were a little dry

I visit my family every six month. I usually stay at one of the hotels for a good night sleep. Between the two I would recommend the Hampton Inn, Hutchenson, KS over Fairfield Inn, Hutchenson, KS. Friendly staff willing to accommodate request for medium roast coffee. Told management and line men, construction workers drink dark roast. Told I can purchase at local resturants.

My reason for rating Hutchinson Hampton Inn highly was because of the staff. They were generally polite and helpful. But then came a big crisis for my wife and me. I became very sick. The front desk called for an ambulance and I was taken to the ER. This cause us to need an extra day. I found out the staff had already extended our reservations. They continued to show kindness when we returned from the ER.
