"Excellent location with Hy-Vee very close and a park across the street. Comfortable beds - slightly steep stairs to the upper bedrooms. Excellent communication and the only confusion was with the pet fee showing a different amount in guide than what was quoted and charged. Would stay again! "

"Location was good. Looks to be an up-and-coming area. A little bit of a hike, but walkable to downtown. Check-in was easy however there was no parking pass or fob as promised. We had to find street parking. We were told they could drop off a parking pass, but not until the day we were checking out. After the first night, our door code was disabled and we were locked out. Luckily there was quick communication with the host and they were able to remotely reset the code. Blinds on patio door didn’t...
