The balcony view was spectacular. The apartment/room was smaller that expected, did not have 2 beds but a full bed and a couch. The area was quiet and clean. The 24 hours "concierge" was not there, we did not find the manager when we needed it.

Nice and friendly stay

Nice staying in an apartment with a friendly host. Nice view from the terrace overlooking the port and the sea. A 10 minute uphill walking from the port, but so are most of the accomedations.

Cute studio located above the harbour at HVAR. A bit of a hike to get up to it. Could use an Uber or taxi to make it easier. Beautiful view of the harbour from the patio. Wonderful host.

The hotel is nothing out of the ordinary. We liked the view and the price/quality relationship. Please be aware the hotel is on a steep hill and there are no restaurants/shops nearby.

The sea view room has a beautiful view of the sea and the town! There is a nice balcony with a table and chairs that you can enjoy the view and the sunset from. I did find several ants crawling the side along the dining table but did seem contained to the kitchen and not the living space. One thing to note, this property is on an incline - so be prepared to walk uphill or climb stairs to get here from the port. This could be tougher with heavier luggage.

Nice property but if you have luggage to move around, you better get a taxi and pay a flat rate regardless of proximity / distance. Uber is not available here. Once you familiarize with the area, one can walk (extremely hot during summertime though) to and from the town center. Aircondition was not cool and there was no washing machine. Staff was accommodating and helpful.

I don’t think I would stay here again. The place is located pretty far up the hill. The room was basic. Clean. Quiet AC. But the “view” is not visible from the bedroom but is from the terrace outside the kitchen. The kitchen, by the way is detached, so you have to go outside your room to access it. Not super convenient first thing in the morning. There’s no lobby and no 24 hour front desk (even though the listing says there is), so when I arrived it was not obvious where to go or how to get my room. My phone wasn’t allowing me to call the number, so I was just stuck standing around for awhile until another guest let me use their phone to call the host. The bathroom vent seems to go directly into the neighbors’ bathroom. You can hear everything they do in the bathroom.

Perfect stay and amazing view.

A lot of these reviews made me worried about booking this hotel but everything was proven to be wrong based off my experience! The lady was very very kind and welcoming to us and didn’t bother us at all. Only thing to keep in mind is it’s a lot of stairs to get to the hotel from the main port of Hvar. I was sweating so much and was exhausted when bringing all my bags but it was all worth it for the view our balcony had!

The host was asleep during our check in (4pm), and we had to keep calling her just to check us in after a long travel day. She brought us into a room that was half the size of what we booked. The air quality in our room was awful, it smelt like mold, and all three of us got sick during our stay. Hvar is such a beautiful place and I would tell anyone to go visit, but unfortunately I would not recommend this place to stay!
