"Very clean and beautiful hotel with an excellent location. Access to trains and Senso-ji Temple less than 5 minutes away. The bed was a bit hard, but that’s a personal preference. "Stayed three nights here and it was great. Even the single room which I booked had enough space for me to open my suitcase. By Tokyo standards it was a very nicely sized room. Had lots of windows (as opposed to the typical single square window in a business hotel). Shower and water pressure was great. Bed was comfortable. Location was fantastic, two minute walk from JR Yamanote and Chiyoda lines. But that also brings me to the biggest downside of this hotel, and that’s the noise from the trains, specifically the Keisei line, whose tracks run very very close to the hotel. The trains rumble through every few minutes. After midnight the trains stop, but they resume again around 6. I am neither a particularly light, nor heavy sleeper. But these trains were loud enough to wake me up at 6, and I couldn’t get back to sleep without earplugs. If noise doesn’t bother you, definitely stay here. If it does, maybe look somewhere else. "

"The check-in experience was great. The room was very cramped (it looked bigger in the pictures. We rented 3 rooms as there were 5 of us. Both couples felt it was too small. We had carry on luggage and there was not really enough space to open both suitcases at one time. The room was very warm, and we had the air condition on high. The windows were fixed/non-opening, so very uncomfortable. The cleanliness was acceptable and the mattress was fine. The bathroom was pretty good, but very small. The mattress was not luxurious, but comfortable enough. We used the workout room and were quite happy with that. Since the price was good, we did not complain, but would look for a different hotel next time. "

"We got a double room and it was really small, uncomfortably small for my partner, I and 2 year old son. They probably shouldn’t offer it for family with kids. Despite the room being very small, it had all you would need, but we found it very uncomfortable and that is the reason for our rating. Nonetheless the facilities were very good with free laundry and lovely onsen, free drinks and lots of complimentary items to use during your stay. It’s location is amazing too very close to the station. Staff is lovely and helpful. I would stay again in a bigger room. "
