"Ample free parking including parking right by the office for easy check in/out with friendly, informative staff from this family run business, and free cooffee available in the office as well. The room was impeccably clean with simple furnishings, a mini fridge abd microwave and the handicapped accessible room I reserved was perfect for getting around the room and provided ample grab rails throughout the bathroom and shower/tub combo with a detachable hand held shower head and a seat area at the back of the tub set up so you could get in and out of the tub with ease. The only negative thing about this place was the bed was extremely uncomfortable with both myself and my husband waking up with major body aches we don't typically deal with but otherwise a great place to stay especially for the price and location in the heart of downtown Hyannis. The indoor pool is wonderful and they have a Hoyle lift for those with disabilities to be able to get safely in and out as well. It was too cold out to try the outdoor pool but it looked great as well."

"Great stay. Fantastic location for harbour and Hy-line and eating establishments. Accommodation was excellent and super value for money. The staff bent over backwards to help and support. I wish we’d stayed here longer and bypassed Rhode Island!"

"Great experience from the helpful front desk to the view of the bay. Good breakfast with a personal touch by a very friendly and helpful lady . Clean room and well kept public areas The occasional ferry horn added to a real Cape Cod feel. While everything is updated and modern this property had the atmosphere of a pleasant step back in time. Highly recommend. Note: There is no elevator to the second floor."
