Excellent hotel .. staff is very friendly and food was real good

Stayed for a little over 2 weeks. The staff was extremely attentive and pleasant. I became very ill on my 2nd day and they called their on staff doctor to come to my room. After a day's rest I was much better but everyone from the front desk, room service, dining area all asked how I was feeling. The pool area is beautiful. The restaurants were very appealing and the food was great! If I ever find myself visiting Hyderabad again for business or pleasure I'll be sure to stay at The Trident again!

Over all experience is good and staff is helpful.

The club level rooms were Amazing and the staff was so kind and hospitable! The lobby restaurant was superb with so many options to choose from. It was delectable. Shirin was especially kind and attentive. The only complaint about my stay is it was too short!

Great stay

The hotel had so many beautiful details (patterned marble flooring, statues, fou tains, paintings, carved panels,.etc). The staff were very professional and went out of their way to be attentive and friendly/welcoming. We would like to especially mention Biplab for checking in with us each time we saw him and offering us a tour of the grounds. Also chef Uday and the entire staff of al fresco dining. The food was great, and we loved the option to have both breakfast and dinner in the tranquil...

This hotel is very clean and pleasant ambience inside. Hotel staff were exceptionally good and courteous. Breakfast food is very delicious and have all Indian and western items. Staff were very attentive and they make sure you taste all kinds of foods. I was thrilled when cook came to me asked what do I like to eat and he is ready to make it for me. Good job Avasa.

Very nice new hotel. Very helpful staff.Good food and excellent service. I recomend staying at this hotel.

I have utilized many hotels in my global travels. This hotel far exceeds even the Ritz Carlton standards. I was impressed with each and every detail I experienced in my eight day stay. For any business executive, this is the hotel to utilize as there are many benefits to utilize! I will definitely be staying at this hotel for all future visits!

Everything’s excellent. Great location, nice facilities and great food.

Good I like to stay again this is my first choice hotel thank for your hospitality

Reasonable price and location

Amazing hotel . Great restaurants with strategic location

I been to this hotel and others in HYD many times over the last 20 years and even though now there are many fine hotels in Hyderabad the ITC Kakatiya is exceptional. Their overall quality, service, amenities, food, and water are if the highest quality. Given these if you want a luxury tourist hotel in HYD their price is very reasonable.Given HYD traffic they are reasonably close to the city center if your are touring Hyderabad. And overall not too far from HITEC city, although there are good...

Excellent location very friendly staff and great breakfast service and excellent food

An excellent choice for short stay in Hydrabad. Exceptionally courteous staff great service and great location. Guest service is really good.

Clean, friendly, and perfect for a Hyderabad airport stay We chose this hotel for its proximity to Hyderabad airport and its reviews on cleanliness, since we were traveling with our 5-year-old daughter. We were so happy with the choice that we stayed again on our return trip. Cleanliness and service were the highlights. On two occasions I noticed small spots on the bedsheets, and the staff came right away each time. They explained the sheets had been washed but the spots were missed, and they...
