"Excellent hotel and facilities and would of been 5 star across the board except for one lazy member of staff at the reception. Eating their lunch at the end of the reception desk but unwilling to render assistance to patrons. Maybe it was her dinner break, but eat in the dining area behind not at reception. Wanted to reserve a table for evening meal, however we went and spent elsewhere."

"There is no onsite parking, the rooms are furnished with cheap ikea furniture. It does not warrant the price charged. The aircon works fine."
