A feeling of escape when you wake up with this sea view. You will have breakfast on the sunny terrace, where you will be tempted by all the activities: paddle tennis, swimming, ping-pong, cycling, coastal paths (boating, water skiing, windsurfing, wakeboarding, etc.), or even lying on a deckchair or sitting on the armchairs where you will recharge your batteries! Escape for dinner or aperitifs on the terrace overlooking the sea with a breathtaking and heavenly view of the sunset over the harbor of Toulon and Saint Mandrier.
A remarkable location, depending on the wind, you'll find an east or west-facing beach to shelter and swim.
Five minutes from Bergerie Beach and La Badine Beach by car or bike. These beaches stretch along the eastern end of the Tombolo, the shallow waters allow for easy and safe swimming facing the Golden Islands. Ideal for swimming as the waters are shallow for 200 to 300 meters.
Five minutes from Almanarre Beach. This 5 km long beach is located along the western end of the Tombolo. Recognized as the kitesurfing spot of the Côte d'Azur, this area is exclusively reserved for kitesurfing. A school is located next to our villa, where you can take beginner or advanced lessons, or simply a wakeboarding outing. This school also offers introductory scuba diving, snorkeling, and yoga classes!
We provide two paddleboards, but next to our villa, you can rent a canoe, pedal boat, paddleboard, or go kayaking.
Discover the Golden Islands, three pearls of beauty: Porquerolles, Port-Cros, and Le Levant.
Boarding is a five-minute drive away at La Tour Fondue for a 15-minute crossing. You can also rent or bring a boat, and enjoy all the beautiful coves of the peninsula and the beaches of Porquerolles.
For hiking enthusiasts, the coastal path offers 18 km of walking trails where you'll see islets, coves, beaches, and small harbors.
And finally, you'll explore the town of Hyères, its heritage, cultural, and natural treasures. You'll stroll through the old town and its narrow streets lined with artisanal product stalls. A heavenly and relaxing setting.
