About this property
Waterfront property renovated in 2024
- Waterfront villa located near the port of Hyères (900 m) with direct access to the beach Les Pesquiers, with 5 bedrooms with private bathroom with WC. One visitor individual WC on top. One outdoor shower. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Living and dining room open to a large terrace with exceptional view on the sea and Golden Islands (Porquerolles, Port Cros and île du Levant). Fitness room. SUP (Stand Up Paddle) and sea kayak rental on demand. The villa has been totally renovated and enlarged in 2024. The villa has been built on a large land of 1100 m2. Total capacity of the villa is maximum 12 people.

The environment is residential. You can easily walk along the beaches to the port area, where various restaurants, bars and shops are located.
