"We stayed at Hotel Riviera and enjoyed it. I rented four rooms and price was fair. The rooms are clean and has what you need. WiFi solid but not super fast. Breakfast basic but nice selection of cakes and good coffee. View from the adjacent veranda is very nice. If you stay in May there is no air conditioning so you will rely on the nice tradewinds and ocean breeze. More Americans and Brits should visit Anzio and visit the museum honoring all those who fought and died on the beaches and hills to free Europe and end WW2. The people at the hotel are very nice and helpful. Be prepared to walk from train to hotel. "

"Excellent hotel in a perfect location.The room was spotlessly clean, as was the entire hotel, and the marina view we had from our room was worthy of a postcard. The staff was amazingly accommodating. Great complimentary breakfast! Minor detail: The bathroom shower was a bit on the tiny side and had a tight door opening. If you a have mobility issues that might be important."

"This is a 2 star hotel at best, but not bad value if you're not expecting more, and suberbly convenient for trains into Rome. Local suburban area has plenty of amenities, and a couple of good restaurants at normal rather than 'tourist' prices"

"Thw only problem we had was with the AC. We were there the first week of October and our rooms were warm. When we asked they told us it had not been turned on and they would do so. After going back and forth a few times we were told they just turned on the blower because in the ‘winter’ they don’t have AC. We did not have this issue traveling in Italy for over 25 days. It was strange and felt like they did not want to just tell us that from the beginning. Otherwise the hotel was lovely appointed."
