The rooms had uncomfortable beds and barely a sheet on them, and towels were hard and ancient. Two cots were inadequate for adult use and the room had massive cobwebs everywhere. "We hebben genoten in villa castel met leuke gastvrouw. We zijn goed verzorgd en de vila was prachtig vanbinnen. Buitenom oogt alles wat vervallen, maar wat een rust en het heeft ook zijn charme. Mooi uitzicht over de vallei en Rhone met zicht op Lyon. Erg genoten. Goede wijn ook."

The hostess treated our kids as a strict schoolteacher and to top it all off at the end of the evening also yelled upstairs that we were playing with the heating, which we were not. In the Summer this place might be nicer with the outside pool but in the winter this would not be suitable for a family vacation. Price and quality do...
