"That's a good spot for a day or two for business"

"Couch had large stain and floors were stained. Bathroom tile was not very clean. There was also a large cricket in the living room. Website says cable TV available but when we checked into our room there was no TV remote. I walked down to office and asked for a remote. They told me the TV does not work in that room--not sure why thy would put us in a room that they knew TV did not work but I asked if we could have another room since clearly several were empty all around ours. They were resistant until I said their website said cable TV was included, then they called someone and had heated discussion in a foreign language for about 5 minutes then finally told me there were no rooms with working TVs on our side of the building but we could go all the way to other side and front which would have meant packing our bags back in the car and moving. Wife was tired at that point and said just forget it. We drive this route once a month will never stay here or any Baymont again!"

"After a long drive (8+hours) it felt so nice to be greeted with a big smile and welcoming words from the front desk agent (Theresa). This wonderful young lady made our day….thank you Theresa!!!! We also cannot say enough about all other staff members that we came upon the next day. We loved everything about our experience but it’s the staff who puts this hotel ‘over the top’ PS: A special thanks to Theresa :)"

"Easy parking basic cereal breakfast. Room was clean. Was a lot of traffic noise loud vehicles racing on streets. Served its purpose for a nights rest."

"Made a reservation for my wife who stranded on the side of the road with our grandson after the car broke down. It was 3am I made a reservation and was told she could not check in until 3pm, then at 3pm was told I needed to be present in order for her to check in sooooo, they sat in the heat in the the car and at the auto shop all day, was never able to check in, I was not able to get my money back or even modify the reservation. The person that answered the phone was rude and my wife and grandchild was stranded hours away from home"

"The room is clean the beds are so comfortable I would recommend better breakfast choices. Other than that my stay was great definitely will be my go to Hotel on my traveling visits. "

"We had no hot water. Very low water pressure in sink. Light above bathroom mirror wasn’t working."
