They checked someone else in under our reservation, gave us a room key to a room already assigned (to the people they checked in under my reservation), gave us a new room with only 1 bed (there were 4 of us), then finally got a room that would work for us on 3rd try. Hotel acted like it was no big deal even though it was a major inconvenience for customer."

"Not recommended. Room smelled like smoke all night, old soap still in the shower, only given one towel, the whole drain unit came out of tub with a hair ball on it, nasty white chalky stain in bed skirt, hair in the sheets, tile was gross and noisy as hell. Don’t do it. "
