"The room was nice. I was especially grateful to the woman at the front desk who helped me when I checked in. I had miss typed my dates for the reservation and had to make another for that night. When I tried to cancel with Expedia, they told me it was non refundable and I had no recourse. I mentioned the situation to the front desk associate and they were able to cancel the other reservation and get me a refund from Expedia. I was very grateful for her empathy and commitment to providing truly exceptional service. Do to this understanding, I will only be staying in Comfort Inn's in the future. "
