"Love the location, we were able to walk around in the evenings and find a nice restaurant. The staff were friendly. The morning buffet was enough to keep us going, and the bagels were fantastic. Really enjoyed the full kitchen as well."

"This property is nice, though the air conditioning is not working. While the weather is cold, I still find it sometimes necessary. Unfortunately, this hotel does not offer air conditioning during this time. Otherwise, our family enjoyed the breakfasts and swimming ."

"I had a Queen suite with balcony. It was nice having a separate bedroom and kitchenette.There was no stove but there was a large refrigerator and a microwave, and a Keurig for fresh coffee and tea every day. Room service was excellent. The place was vacuumed and the floors mopped every other day and the bed was changed frequently. Fresh towels were available daily. The hotel also has a hot and cold buffet breakfast with everything you could want...scrambled eggs, sausage, potato patty, three types of cereals, yogurt, waffles, bagels, fruit salad, fruit."

"Staying at the Hyatt Downtown was a great experience for my daughter and I while in town for the Lady Gaga concert. Great location, nice hotel, and I can't say enough about the staff-they were all amazing, from Florian the Manager of the kitchen, to the breakfast, custodial and front desk staff, who all went above and beyond! Thank you!"

"Have stayed here before and good experiences. However this time I found the bed (room 402) had a definite sag in it where it is most used. Did not have a normal restful night and sleep because I was moving about and developing a back ache. HOpefully you will check the mattress and resolve the issue. Huge thanks. Timothy :-)"

"the biggest problem with the property is that there is free parking bugt not enough foir every room.So they tell u to park across the street but Wedsday u cannot there but no one told that resulting in a 100.00 ticket and of coursr PISS OFF"

"Met all needs for our family of 6 w/ young kids. Perfect, kind, helpful host. Great parking, stone's throw from awesome park, 2 min walk to excellent cafes and bakeries. Very do-able stroll to Parque Olympic - must see insectarium! "
