"Not one of the staff members acknowledged anyone as they walked through the front doors or when they left. The person at the front desk told me all about her fighting with the maintenance person. She was on her phone the entire time she was checking me in. The hallways were dirty. The common areas were dirty. Breakfast was not stocked, dirty, things all over the countertops. We stay at Tru in AZ and it’s always excellent. This location is bad."

"I don't know what happened. We've stayed here 2 times previously, and everything was excellent. Whoever was responsible for preparing room 342 for my stay on 8 May didn't do their job well. The carpet wasn't vacuumed properly. There were bits of paper and plastic on the floor in the bedroom, a packet of sauce from Churches Chicken, a sticker on the floor, and the bathroom sink was cracked. There was no bedding for the sofa bed, and only one small plate in the kitchen...no pots, pans, cutlery. The fan that is supposed to blow cold air into the bedroom via a hole in the wall was dirty and didn't work. However, the person at the front desk got us plates, pots, pans, cutlery, and bedding. Please make a better effort so we can return to the enjoyable experiences we had previously."

"They didn’t have a room that fit our needs but the front desk made it work for us and was very attentive made us feel special. Room was clean and nice. Breakfast was different from other hotels, everyone enjoyed the food especially the kids. "
