"We know Alicante well so knew what we were likely to expect. A really large garden beautifully maintained with multiple social and dining spaces is a very rare commodity. The house lies close to the branch train line and some people might find the noise intrusive. The house is old fashioned, which we liked, but in 7 days we hardly went inside except to sleep. We don't like air conditioning so we didn't mind that there wasn't any. It's really all about the outdoor spaces, and they were like sets...

"I booked to stay in this villa with a group of friends, and we were all extremely impressed with our experience. Jason was extremely accommodating and helpful, and the villa was fully equipped with all the required facilities and the fridge was very kindly stocked up for our arrival. The villa was based in an amazing location, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone and would go back in a heartbeat! 😊"

"The place is a little bit dated but I was informed by the property manager that improvements are imminent. Came across one or two minor problems but to mention them would be nitpicking. Overall, great looking place, fabulous pool, nice area, (car is essential) and and a very nice place to stay. Children will love it."

"The check in was seamless with Lyubo walking you around showing how things worked. I was initially a little worried at the area we were staying in by the amount of security needed with cameras and alarms etc. My only surprise was there's no single beds so we had to rearrange some of the children into put-up beds as they didn't want to share a double. The area is a bit hilly for young children and older less fit adults. It's located a fair way from a nice sandy beach and restaurants. The tram was...

The villa.is everything it says and more, location is lovely with a tram stop just minutes from the villa to enable you to see some beautiful places along this wonderful coastline. We will definitely return but not with toddlers, not really toddler friendly but with all the sun loungers we managed.to barracade them in lol. I would.highly.recommend this villa."

"We were one of three families to stay together at this fantastic villa. Our party comprised of 7 adults, 2 older children, 3 toddlers/younger children and 1 baby. This is the most people the Villa caters for. It was great. The Villa is well equipped for babies and toddlers. They provided us with three cots. They were full sized travel cots with good quality, thick mattresses. Bedding was provided for the cots. We also requested three high chairs and a baby bouncer chair and they were all good...

"We had a truly wonderful stay at Villa Agatha. It felt like such a luxurious place for us to stay as a family. The interior (and exterior) design of the villa is absolutely beautiful and everywhere looks like it belongs in a magazine. The kitchen was probably the most well equipped kitchen of any that we have had at self-catering accommodation. We enjoyed using all of the outside space, particularly being able to eat outside under the pergola and out on the terraces. The pool was a great size...

"Stunning location on the rocks with wonderful views of the sea, El Campello and Benidorm. Several terraces to seek a different view, some shade or peace and quiet. Swimming off the rocks just a few steps out of the door. Fantastic host who couldn't have been more helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely go back again."

"The property is exceptional, private pool being the main sellong point for us when we stayed. Couldnt fault it, other than being a little far out but its still only 20 minutes in a taxi to Alicante so not that bad. But the real star is Jason and his family, who were incredible hosts who lived closed by so when i accidentally locked us out, Jason was round in no time at all to help us out. Truely made our stay brilliant."

"Excellent studio apartment overlooking a busy square just 2 roads back from the esplanade. Big bathroom with hot shower, small kitchen but more than adequate to make tea and coffee and store my wine and orange juice! The bed was so comfy and big with large tv on wall opposite letting us watch Netflix in bed. Electronic lock to front door and door into the apartment meant I didn’t have to look after a key either. One extra valued facility is the washing machine and dryer in the basement for guest...
